  • We send all our orders via Standard or Express shipping with AusPost

  • We send all our orders with Australia Post (AusPost)

    • Standard Shipping - 3 to 5 business days

    • Express shipping - 3 business days

    Due to COVID-19 delivery delays can be expected. We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by AusPost.

  • Once we have shipped your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. The email will contain your tracking number and a link to the AusPost tracking website where you are able follow updates. In addition to our confirmation emails you will also receive tracking notifications from AusPost directly. If you haven’t already, we recommend downloading the AusPost Apple or Android mobile app which is very nifty to get app notifications.

  • Send an email to SUPPORT@RUMBLERGOLF.COM. If your order has already been shipped, we will work with you and AusPost to try make arrangements to get your order re-directed. Alternatively we will make the necessary address changes.

  • Although AusPost quote days for delivery expectations, delays can happen and AusPost may be unable to deliver within their quoted timeframe. If there is a delay your tracking status should display ‘Delayed’. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the AusPost, delays or issues need to be investigated with AusPost. We are able to contact AusPost on your behalf to try and resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

    If your item has not delivered within 12 days, please send an email to SUPPORT@RUMBLERGOLF.COM and we can launch an investigation with AusPost to help track it down.

  • We currently only ship in Australia but we are in the process of unlocking more golf destinations world wide.
