RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.

If you are not feeling it, refunds or exchanges can be made on full-priced items. To help give you confidence in your purchase, we will give you 30 days from date of purchase to try your golf polo. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund after 30 days.

A few things to note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and be unused

  • Items must be unworn with stickers and tags attached

  • Items must be provided in the original packaging

  • Order invoice must be provided


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  • Fill out a Return or Cancel form or send an email to SUPPORT@RUMBLERGOLF.COM

  • Please include your order number and list the items you will be returning and any supporting information

  • Pack the return items and make sure all tags are attached and items placed in original packaging

  • Deliver package to PO Box 217, Richmond, Melbourne, Victoria, 3121

  • Drop off your package with your preferred carrier of choice


DO I PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

If you have changed your mind about your items or you have made an incorrect sizing choice you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the items have a defect we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you choose to take a replacement product we will also cover the replacement shipping cost.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Fill out a Return & Cancel Form or send an email to SUPPORT@RUMBLERGOLF.COM as soon as possible. If your order had already been shipped let us know once it arrives and please leave it unopened. We will send you a shipping label to send it back.


RECIEVING A REFUND

Once your item has been returned and examined, if approved, your refund will be processed and paid to your original payment method used on your purchase.

It takes approximately14 business days to complete the full refund process.


LATE OR MISSING REFUND PAYMENT

If you haven’t received your refund your first point of contact is to your credit card provider or bank. Processing times for credit cards and banks vary. If the issue is still unresolved after contacting your card provider or bank please contact us on SUPPORT@RUMBLERGOLF.COM. We will do our best to work with our payment providers to see if they are able to help.


CAN I GET A REFUND ON SALE ITEMS?

Unfortunately not. We only offer refunds on full priced items.
